The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer.
While we do offer the option for customers to submit offers, this does not mean that all items are open to negotiation.
We reserve the right to accept or decline offers based on the item's market value and current demand. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Cortizo’.
Produced on the 23/02/2023 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
The invoice price is £2,250, however this is with a heavy trade discount and does not include glazing. If you were to buy direct these would cost around £4,000.
This item is Dual Colour which is a very expensive extra, and would cost around £1,000 alone.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 3 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.
Opening
- Internally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £445 total including VAT.
- Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
- Glass will pass building regulations.
