Produced on the 19/12/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.

The invoice price is £2,575, however this is with a heavy trade discount if you were to buy direct it would cost around £3,500 without the glass.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has some of its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘ISEO’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £595 total inc VAT, this will take 7-10 days to be delivered to us.
• Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
• Glass will pass building regulations.
