Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• A locking point and plate have both slightly bent, however this will need some adjustment.
• On the external side there is a slight scuff mark, however this can easily be touched up.

Security

• 4 point locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

• Glazing is 38mm thick triple glazed, clear metal white spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
