Aluminium / Wood (Clad) Casement Window, bespoke made to the highest quality.
Would cost around £1,200 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Light scratches on the sill (see photos), however this is cosmetic only and replacement sills can be purchased online.
- Light marks in places (see photos), but these could easily be touched up.
- Small cosmetic dents on the external side (see photos), however these will not effect the integrity of the window.
- The wood is chipped on the internal side (see photos), but this could be covered by trim when installed.
Security
- Multi point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 38mm thick triple glazed, clear, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles & hinges are Silver.
