Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Light scratches on the sill (see photos), however this is cosmetic only and replacement sills can be purchased online.
• Light marks in places (see photos), but these could easily be touched up.
• Small cosmetic dents on the external side (see photos), however these will not effect the integrity of the window.
• The wood is chipped on the internal side (see photos), but this could be covered by trim when installed.

Security

• Multi point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 38mm thick triple glazed, clear, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles & hinges are Silver.
