uPVC Casement Window in grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.
Produced on the 17/01/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Two of the Georgian Bars will need to be cut to size and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 8 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black, warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars internally, externally, and internally inside the glazing, giving a high quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you require completely clear glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
