uPVC Casement Window in grey, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘The Residence Collection’.
Produced on the 17/01/2022 (see photos), and offers some of the latest security systems & energy efficiency ratings on the market.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Missing Parts
The internal Georgian bars are missing, however, these could be purchased online and installed by your fitter.
Security
- 8 point locking system making it very secure.
- There are no keys with this window as they are keyless and can only be locked from the inside using the handle.
Opening
- Externally opening windows – see photos.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- Has Georgian Bars externally & internally and inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is Grey and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
