Wooden Pine, Casement Window in Grey. Bespoke made to a very high standard.
Designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of years. Its also professionally powder coated, which requires no maintenance.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- The paint is chipped in a few locations, which could be touched up or sanded & repainted.
- There is some rot to the bottom of the window which has started to loosen the sill, however this can be treated and the sill can be replaced by a professional carpenter.
Missing Parts
The external vent, locking strip and the locking plates for one of the window sections are are missing, however these can be purchased online and installed by a competent fitter.

- 3 point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening

Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear white warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- Professionally powder coated in Grey and internally powder coated in White,
- Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance
- The colour of the handles is White.
