Composite Blue Front Door
High security composite Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high quality.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
This is not your average composite door, the door thickness is 7 cm compared to standard factory 4.4 cm. It is twice as heavy and is made up of the highest quality components.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Looks as new and is in excellent condition both sides.
- Screw holes on the frame and on the width extender from showroom installation, but these will be easily hidden with trim when installed.
Security
- High quality 7 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is triple glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Decorative leaded glass, with a lovely 3D diamond design inside.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood-grain Blue and internally is wood-grain White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.
