Composite Brown Front Door
Please note, this door comes complete with a Rain Sill and Hinge Covers (not pictured).
Brand New Composite front door in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Halo’ (part of the VEKA Group).
Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Missing Parts & Their Approximate Prices
- Handles (£10), euro-cylinder (£5), one Locking Plate (Central £10), Locking Strip (£40-£90). It is best to ask your installer who will be able to purchase these parts for you, or they can be found online.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is woodgrain White, with a White frame on both sides.
- The hinges are White.
