Brand New Composite front door in woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak), bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Halo’ (part of the VEKA Group).

Would cost around £1,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Excellent/very clean condition on both sides.
• Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.

Missing Parts & Their Approximate Prices

• Handles (£10), euro-cylinder (£5), one Locking Plate (Central £10), Locking Strip (£40-£90). It is best to ask your installer who will be able to purchase these parts for you, or they can be found online.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, distorted, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally is woodgrain Brown (Golden Oak) and internally is woodgrain White, with a White frame on both sides.
• The hinges are White.
