Condition

Missing Parts

Mullion containing the locking plates and bottom locking plate- these can be purchased online or from your local merchant. This means at the moment you cannot lock the doors and there is a gap between them.

Security

• High quality 11 point ‘Yale Lockmaster’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Comes with a high quality anti-snap barrel and comes with 6 high quality  ‘Yale Lockmaster’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £120 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
