Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Still has its protective packaging, as shipped by the supplier.
• There is glue residue on the bottom of the door externally, however you could remove these with a strong cleaner or heat – please see photos.
• Missing letterbox, however you could easily purchase these online at a low expense.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Yale Mantis’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £250 total inc VAT, this will take 2-3 days to be delivered to us. If you wanted a bevelled or decorative design it could be more.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 44 mm triple glazed, toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

• It needs to be 44mm thick due to the profile of the door.

Colour

• The colour externally is wood grain Anthracite Grey and internally is wood grain White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is White.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
