Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Small chips to the wood in a few locations (see photos) which could be easily filled and touched up.
• The paint is chipped/weathered on either side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded down and repainted.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White.
• Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
