Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed at all.
• The paint is worn on either side, as is expected on pre-owned wooden doors. Both sides could benefit from being repainted.
• Surface rot on the sill (see photos), which could be treated and rectified by a competent carpenter.
• Missing external handle on the secondary door (see photos), a replacement can be purchased online and is easy to fit.
• Main locking mechanism is missing (see photos); this can also be replaced online.

Missing Parts

• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Has Georgian Bars with each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
• There is condensation occurring inside 6 of the panes (see photos). We can replace the glazing for an additional cost; please contact us for more information.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are Black wrought iron, and the hinges are Solid Brass.
