Wooden Hardwood, Front Door, bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- External side is weathered (see photos), as is expected on older wooden items. This item could benefit from being sanded and re-varnished.
- Letter box is damaged (see photos), you can purchase a new letterbox online which would be easy to fit.
- Missing 1 of the main locks (see photos), you can purchase this online and your fitter should be able to fit this for you.
- Small screw holes internally (see photos), which could be easily filled and touched up.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
Security
- Multipoint ‘ERA’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 ‘ERA’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
- Has leaded diamond design externally & internally on the glazing.
Colour
- Has been varnished on either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- Has matching Gold coloured furniture.
