Wooden Front Door.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Internal letter box cover is missing but can be replaced.
- Light chips and dents on the door but are cosmetic only and do not effect the product.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key.
Security
- Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Has leaded Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
Colour
- The colour externally is Brown (Mahogany) and internally is White.
- The colour of the handles & hinges are Solid Brass
