Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.

Would cost around £800.00 if you were to order new direct(when complete with frame).

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Internal letter box cover is missing but can be replaced.
• Light chips and dents on the door but are cosmetic only and do not effect the product.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main locks would need to be changed as there is no key.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
• Hinges/ locks could be altered (holes may need to be filled) if you wanted the door opening/ operating another way.

Glazing

• Glazing is single glazed, distorted.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars internally, externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.

Colour

• The colour externally is Brown (Mahogany) and internally is White.
• The colour of the handles & hinges are Solid Brass
