Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Door knocker is missing this can be purchased online and fitted by your builder, see in photos.
• Screw holes from previous door numbers can be filled and painted over or can be replaced with new numbers, see in photos.
• Light scratches on the corner of the door door this can be sanded down and re painted see in photos.

Missing Parts

• There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
• Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Decorative beveled 3D leaded design internally, inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally has been professionally Varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
