Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Door knocker is missing this can be purchased online and fitted by your builder, see in photos.
- Screw holes from previous door numbers can be filled and painted over or can be replaced with new numbers, see in photos.
- Light scratches on the corner of the door door this can be sanded down and re painted see in photos.
Missing Parts
- There is no frame for this item, so you would need to get one made up by a carpenter or use your existing frame if possible.
- Main lock would need to be changed as there is no key
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 18mm thick triple glazed, distorted metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Decorative beveled 3D leaded design internally, inside the glazing.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally has been professionally Varnished, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Gold Chrome.
