We believe these to be FD60 fire doors however we do not have any certificates for them and cannot guarantee they would pass the current building regulations.

Condition

• Brand new, never installed.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• 1 small dent on the side of the frame this can be filled and painted over, see in photos.
• Light marks on the internal door these can be sanded down an re painted, see in photos.

Security

• 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Wink Haus’ keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Green, with a White frame.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
