Howells Aluminium Black Roof Lantern/Skylight
One of the highest quality roof lights money can buy, bespoke made by ‘Howells’.
These are fitted in top designer properties due to their stunning appearance and unique design.
To order this new direct originally cost £5,660.00 (see invoice) and this was before all the high price increases. Today this exact roof light would cost you around £7,000.
We have the fitting instructions if required.
Previously fitted in a showroom for 6-12 months, so as you would imagine its still as new.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ as new condition both sides, with no chips or damage anywhere (very carefully removed, transported and stored by professionals).
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed clear, 6.4mm Laminated, 4mm toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- This rooflight has 2 fins as can be seen from it in situe.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching coloured furniture.
