Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Kloeber’ with Schuco profile.
These are some of the highest quality bi-folds on the market.
Cost £5,310.00 with VAT originally (see invoice) and today would cost over £6,000 due to the price increases.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Barrel would need to be changed as there is no key, which can be purchased online and easy to install.
Opening
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens left to right.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top and bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is Ral7022 Umbra Grey Matt, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Black coloured furniture.
