• There are no keys for the window, but it can still be locked shut from the inside by turning the handle. You can order a new handle online which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Basalt Grey RAL 7012, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Black and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
