The prices for items on our website are established based on historical data, condition, material, brand, and color, reflecting their market value. We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:
-Your desired item may be sold before you manage to secure it.
-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.
-All offers are exclusive of delivery costs.

Wooden Timber Bi-folding Doors, made by ‘Kloeber’.
Bespoke made by a professional joinery company to a very high standard.
Would cost around £6,000.00 if you were to order new direct.
The door thickness is 5.6cm compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Kloeber UK Ltd was formed in September 2006 and launched at the Grand Designs Exhibition in Birmingham. Originally aimed at the domestic retail market, but now offer a suite of high end, modern door and window products. The Kloeber range has developed over the years to include doors, windows and rooflights in low maintenance thermally broken aluminium, timber and alu-clad materials.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Odd faint/ light mark in places, but nothing exactly noticeable. Overall still its in excellent condition both sides.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Paint chips on the sill and the main door by the handle. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.
- Slight crack on edge of frame. Once installed with trim, defect would be hidden.
- There is a slight split in the gasket which is replaceable.
- The image with the green circle is small chip on the side of the frame to show the type of wood, this will not be visible when installed.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
- When fully open, all 3 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are top hung.
- Clipped together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Chrome coloured furniture made by Centor.
