Wooden Engineered Core Pine Bi-folding Doors, bespoke made by ‘Kloeber’.
These are some of the highest quality bi-folds money can buy and designed not to twist/ warp like cheaper doors can do after just a couple of years.
They are also professionally powder coated, so allow no maintenance and come with Laminated Glazing offering ultimate security.
The doors are also 5.8cm thick, compared to the standard factory 4.4cm.
Cost £5,334.00 with VAT to order direct (see 4th photo for invoice). Today due to the price increases you would be looking at around £7,000.
Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
Security
- Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
- When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
- Doors are top hung.
- Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
Colour
- The colour externally is powder coated Grey (Ral7038 Agate Grey) and internally is Varnished with the original Pine woodgrain showing, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
