Composite Front Door with Sidelight in Woodgrain Black, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Kommerling’.
Would cost around £2,000 if you were to order bespoke direct.
We are not sure on the exact age of this product, but it’s modern, in excellent condition, and has seen little use.
Carefully removed by professional fitters.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed. Excellent/very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Some small scratches on the sill which could be easily touched up.
- There is a small scuff on the interior side (see photos) which could also be easily touched up.
- There is residual paint on the hinges which could be removed with a solvent cleaner – this is purely cosmetic and has not effected the operation of the hinges in any way.
- Screw holes on the interior side of the frame and door from the previous alarm system (see photos). These could be filled or covered with a new replacement alarm.
Missing Parts
Internal Spy-Hole Cover is missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.
Security
- High quality 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 72.6cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 95.5cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is woodgrain Black and internally is Woodgrain White, with a White frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is White.
