Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Mismeasure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 2 ‘ERA’ keys.
Opening
- The mechanism operates via springs.
- Both window sections slide up/down and tilt internally (see photos).
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
- Has Georgian Bars stuck externally to the glazing, as well as inside the pane. These cannot be removed, so if you require plain glass you would need to replace the glazing entirely – please contact us for a quote.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a Black frame externally and a White frame internally.
- The colour of the handles is White and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
