Condition
- Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Paint splats in a small area and a scuff on the frame please see in last photos.
Opening
- Window is fixed and does not open.
Glazing
- Glazing is double glazed, clear, toughened with , Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
- Slightly tinted (Helps to regulate a buildings temperature, increases privacy and offers sun protection).
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
