Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day internally.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- These bifolds came with no drainage system however drainage holes have been drilled into each door it just needs a skilled builder to drill holes into the outer frame if installing externally.
Security
- Has two shoot bolts as a locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening & stacking doors.
- The doors open in twos from the right.
- When fully open, all 4 doors stack to the left.
- Doors are bottom rolling.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
