uPVC Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.

Would cost around £2,500 if you were to order bespoke direct.

Not sure on the exact age of these doors, but they look modern and don’t look like they have had a great deal of us.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• A small chip out of the frame, but this would be hidden with trim when installed. Two areas of some light chips to the frame, but maybe able to be hidden with trim when installed as well.
• Small chip internally on one of the doors, but only visible when the doors are open. All defects are only cosmetic and do not affect the doors at all- see last photos.

Security

• Closes with the shoot bolts top and bottom.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• There is no main traffic door as the doors open in twos from the left when viewing from the outside.
• When fully open, both doors stack to the right internally (see photos).

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Both doors are complete with fully operating blinds which are hung on the internal side of the glazing.  If you didn’t want the blinds they just clip off.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• The handles are White and chrome and the hinges are Chrome.
