Liniar Upvc Anthracite Grey French Doors
uPVC French Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Liniar’.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
- Very light marks externally, but are hardly noticeable and can easily be touched up.
- 2 each screw holes on bottom of the doors externally (total 4 holes, see last photos), can be filled and touched up.
- One of the door beading is cracked on its end, may have to replace. This can be done at a low expense.
- Chip on the top of the frame internally, but it can be hidden using a trim upon installation.
Security
- High quality 7 point ‘Yale’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 5 high security ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 80 cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 158.7 cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 238.7 m.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28 mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally is wood-grain Anthracite Grey and internally is Matt White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
