Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
- Odd marks on the handles. However they are metal and so could easily be hidden with some touch up paint or replaced.
- Missing sill end caps.
Security
- 7 point ‘ERA’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
- Comes with two new barrels and 6 keys.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Sidelight / Window
- There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 30.1cm in width.
- Just the frame width is 139.2cm.
- The width with just one sidelight is 169.3cm.
Glazing
- Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- Has matching White coloured furniture.
