We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. We utilise the latest industry techniques to produce double glazing products that out-rank the competition in all aspects, from thermal efficiency to security, from quality to durability. With Liniar’s lead-free, multi-chambered profile, patented co-extruded bubble gasket, glazing flipper and thermal dam, you don’t need expensive triple glazing to achieve the highest energy ratings.

Condition
- Brand new, never installed.
- Excellent condition on both sides.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
Security
- 6 point ‘FUHR’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 5 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
Sidelight / Window
- There is one sidelight of width 19.1cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 92.8cm.
Glazing
- There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £250 total inc VAT, this will take 5-7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations. - If you want to order yourself, the units required are:
