Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Screw holes on the internal side of the frame (see photos), however, these are purely cosmetic and could easily be filled.

Security

• Multipoint locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars externally & internally inside the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace the glazing.
• We can supply replacement clear glazing for an additional £60 including VAT. This would be delivered along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
