Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The door is slightly bowed by a few millimetres (see photo of spirit level), however, it still appears to be locking and operating fine. This issue may be rectified when the door is installed.

Security

• 5 point locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new barrel and comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Comes with a low threshold, which can be sunk into the floor so there is nothing to step over
• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, distorted, metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
