• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• The Vinyl has started peeling on the bottom of the frame and a piece of beading, however, the beading can be replaced and the could be covered with trim on installation (see photos).
• The bottom panel has started cracking, however, replacements can be purchased online and installed by a competent fitter (see photos).

Security

• 4 point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Brown (Mahogany), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Gold Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Brown.
