Masterdor Wooden Red Front Fire Door

Wooden Front Door, bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Masterdor’.
Would cost around £2,500.00 if you were to order new direct bespoke.
This is an FD30 Fire door, however we do not have any certificates for it, so can’t confirm it would pass current building regulations.
Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Not bowed or rotted at all.
- Old trim marks on both sides of the frame, But this can be covered with new trim.
- Storages marks across both sides of the door, This can be filled and touched up with paint.
- The fire rated packer on one side of the frame is damaged and will need to be replaced if intended to meet fire regulations. This can be found online for around £20.
- The frame on the internal side is cracked but this can be filled or covered with trim.
- Paint chips to ‘three’ of the hinges. These however are metal and could easily be touched up/ painted.
Security
- 3 point ‘Wink Haus’ locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the right when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Red, with a white frame either side.
- Has been professionally powder coated both sides which protects the wood and gives that perfect finish, requiring no maintenance.
- Has matching Silver coloured furniture.
