Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Not bowed or rotted at all.
• Crack in the sidelight edge (see photos), however, this would be concealed when installed into the frame.
• Small screw holes internally on the door (see photos), however, these could easily be filled.

Security

• Multipoint ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• ‘Yale’ lock comes with 3 keys.
• Multipoint ‘Chubb’ locking system making it very secure.
• ‘Chubb lock comes with 4 keys.

Opening

• The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.

Sidelight / Window

• There is one sidelight of width 43.5cm which can be cut off, leaving just the door frame width of 90.5cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 16mm thick triple glazed, distorted black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
• Has leaded diamond design externally & internally inside the glazing.

Colour

• Has been varnished either side, showing the natural woodgrain throughout.
• The colour of the handles is Chrome and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
