Aluminium Bi-folding Doors bespoke made to the highest quality by ‘Origin’.

We are not sure on the exact age of this item, however it is modern, in excellent condition, and appears to have seen little use.

Condition

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• 1 frame connector is broken we have provided 2 new ones as templates to be able to replace the broken one. 
• Dents & marks to the bottom sill, so you may just want to replace this altogether with a new sill. Dent to frame and trim, but is only cosmetic and can be bent back. 
• 2 screw holes from previous alarm system this can be filled and touched or covered with another alarm system. 

Security

• 7 point ‘Origin’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Yale’ keys.

Opening

• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the middle.
• When fully open, all 5 doors stack to the left and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
