Condition

• Brand new frame and runners, but the panes were part installed and removed the same day.
• Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
• Rubber broken off slightly in places on the bottom of a pane, however this won’t affect the operation of the product at all and can be replaced.
• Faint marks on the panes in some spots, but these are hardly noticeable and significant ones are already been lightly touched up.

Security

• High quality 5 point ‘Origin’ locking system making it very secure.
• Has a new high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Internally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are top hung.

Glazing

• There is no glazing with this item but we can order it in at a cost of £590 total inc VAT, this will take 7 days to be delivered to us.
  Glass would be of the highest quality: 28mm toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
  Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the hinges is Brushed Stainless Steel.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
