Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small cut on side of frame but can be covered but trim.
• Cement residue on the bottom of frame but can be removed with strong cleaner.
• Frame was installed and removed he same day the doors have never been installed.

Security

• High quality 7 point ‘Origin’ locking system (including top/bottom corners), making it very secure.
• Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the right.
• When fully open, and all 3 doors stack to the left.
• Doors are top and bottom hung giving the very best support / operation.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey RAL 7016, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Black coloured furniture.
