We understand that sometimes an item may meet your requirements but is just outside your budget. In such cases, you are welcome to submit an offer. However, please note the following risks associated with making an offer:

-You may have to wait up to 72 hours for a response to your offer.
-We accept offers only through our online form and cannot expedite offers made via phone.
-An item is not reserved for you even if your offer is accepted until payment is made in full.

High quality Aluminium casement window, bespoke made to the highest quality by award winning ‘Origin’.
Would cost around £1000 if you were to order new direct.
Carefully removed by professional installers.
Condition
Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
Odd faint/ light mark in places, and some significant scratches.
There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
Missing Parts / Defects
Defects:
This window has a few scratches and scuffs as shown. Some are where the beading has been removed and replaced.
The inside of the vent cover is broken and needs a new end cap.
Please see last photo/s relating to the defects.
Colour
Professionally powder coated externally and internally in Matt Black, with a matching frame either side.
Powder coating offers a tough and resilient coating with a high quality finish, requiring no maintenance.
Has matching coloured furniture.
Operating / Style
Externally opening windows ones fixed one opens- see photos.
Security
High quality 6 point ‘Origin’ locking system making it very secure.
Comes with one key.
Glazing
There is no glazing with this item, but we can order it in at a cost of £150 total inc VAT, this can take up to 7 days to be delivered to us.
Glass would be of highest quality: 28mm Toughened, Low E, Pilkington KS, Argon Gas filled with a ‘U Value’ of 1.2 or less.
Glass will pass building regulations
