Condition
- As new, was part installed and removed the same day.
- Mis-measure made slightly to the wrong specification and is now surplus to requirements.
- Excellent/Very clean condition both sides.
Defects
- Q-Lon on the side of the door started to wear, but easily replaceable.
- Please see last photos relating to the defects.
Security
- High quality 5 point ‘Origin’ locking system making it very secure.
- Has a high security Anti-Snap barrel and comes with 1 ‘Ultion’ key.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
- Has a low threshold which can be sunk into the floor. This provides a level finish, so there is nothing to step over.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, frosted, toughened with black warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the panes.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Brushed Stainless Steel and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
