• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Small scratch on the sill (see photos) which could be easily touched up.
• Comes with brand new gasket, already cut to length.

Opening

• Window is fixed and does not open.

Glazing

• The missing glazing has been replaced (not pictured) and will arrive separately, along with the window, ready to be installed by your fitter. Glazing is clear, toughened with a silver metal spacer bar, low-e, argon gas filled, and will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Green, with a matching frame either side.
