Was only installed for a few months before an extension.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There is residual mastic at the edges of the frame which could be removed, but would be hidden with trim when installed.
• Some marks around the edges of the frame and the rear-edge of the sill from the previous installation – these would be hidden by trim when the window is installed again.
• Faint marks across the beading which are barely visible and could be easily touched up if desired.
• The sill may need to be cut to size, depending on your requirements.
• Sill End Caps missing, however these can be purchased online at a low expense.

Security

• 6 point ‘Yale’ locking system making it very secure.
• There are no keys for the window, but can still be locked shut from the inside. You can order a new handle/s online for £5 posted which would come with keys.

Opening

• Externally opening windows – see photos.

Glazing

• The glazing for this window has been ordered and will be included – it will be 28mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal silver spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• Glass will pass building regulations.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt Anthracite Grey (RAL7016), with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey (RAL7016) and the colour of the hinges is Silver.
