We can sand blast and re spray these items to any colour for an additional £600.00 please enquire. Details below.

Condition

Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

Excellent clean condition both sides.

Missing Parts/Defects

-Light rust near the internal handle.

-There is no gear box/ locking mechanism or key, so the doors cant physically be locked.

– Shoot bolts have no keys but can be operated with a flat head screwdriver, one will also need to be re attached but it may be easier to replace both.

-Handles don’t look original so may have been replaced at some point.

Opening

Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the right.

Glazing

Glazing is original, single glazed and Clear.

We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/ stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.

This would cost an extra £600.

Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.

The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of: Double glazed: £300.00, Single glazed £170.00.

Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less. Single glazed glass would just be toughened.

We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc

Colour

The colour externally is matt Blue and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

The colour of the handles is Silver, hinges are blue.

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.
