We can sand blast and re spray these items to any colour for an additional £500.00 please enquire. Details below.

Carefully removed by professional installers

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.

• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.

• Paint flaking in places as you would expect in such old doors.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Ultion’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.

When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Glazing

Glazing is original, single glazed and Clear, can be replaced with any glazing you wish.

We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/ stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.

This would cost an extra £500.

Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.

The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of around: Double glazed: £395, Single glazed £200, please contact us for a quotation.

Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less.

Single glazed glass would just be toughened.

We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc

Ideal if you’re after some high quality door at a fraction of the original price, as to order these new direct would cost considerably more.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.

• The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
