Steel Back Door which has been renovated to a high standard.

Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
Defects
Two bits of metal beading are missing – see end profile picture.
Security
- Multipoint point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 3 ‘Ultion’ keys.
Opening
- The door opens inwards to the left when viewing from the outside.
Glazing
- Glazing is 24mm thick double glazed, clear, toughened with metal black spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
- There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.
Colour
- The colour externally and internally is gloss Grey, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Silver and the colour of the hinges is Anthracite Grey.
