Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• Paint chips. Could easily be hidden with some touch up paint.
• One pane of glass missing this has been ordered but will need to be installed by yourself with putty.
• These are a set of French Doors but they fold out twice so the opening is larger a bit like a bifold.

Security

• Multipoint point ‘Union’ locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 ‘Union’ keys.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.

Sidelight / Window

• There are two sidelights of equal width. Each sidelight is 57cm in width.
• Just the frame width is 182.2cm.
• The width with just one sidelight is 239.2cm.

Glazing

• Glazing is 14mm double glazed with a white metal spacer, clear, toughened.
• One pane is broken this has been reorder and will arrive with the item but you will have to replace it yourself with putty.
• Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
• We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
• This would cost an extra £800.00.
• The putty, glazing & furniture is hand removed by ourselves and the product delivered to a highly rated, local sand blasting company.
• See 4th example photo of a set we had re-sprayed in black. We have lots more photos on request or a more in depth specification of the coating if required.
• Please note the glazing can’t be saved when the doors are stripped, so this would need to be replaced. This would also need to be putty filled and installed by your fitter.
• The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of approximately: Double glazed: £1195, Single glazed £600.
• Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less.
• Single glazed glass would just be toughened.
• We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
• Has matching Solid Brass coloured furniture.
