Condition
- Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
- Paint is flaking in some places and putty chip on a spot externally, nothing a sand down/re-paint wouldn’t cover.
Security
- Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
- Multi point locking system making it very secure.
- Comes with 1 key.
Opening
- Externally opening doors.
- When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
Glazing
- Glazing is single glazed, clear, toughened.
- Each pane is separately glazed, making it easier to replace any if required and offers extra security. It also gives that high quality appearance with the Georgian Bars externally and internally.
- We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
- This would cost an extra £600.00.
- The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of approximately: Double glazed: £990, Single glazed £500.
- Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less.
- Single glazed glass would just be toughened.
- We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.
Colour
- The colour externally is matt Blue and internally is White, with a matching frame either side.
- The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is Blue.
Ideal if you’re after some high quality doors at a fraction of the original price, as to bespoke made this direct would cost considerably more.
