Carefully removed by professional installers. 

Side windows and wooden frame can be easily removed if desired. 

Condition

• Pre-owned and has been previously installed.
• Paint and putty is flaking in some places, nothing a sand down/re-paint wouldn’t cover.
• Glass is broken on a window and on the right door, however you could change these with any type of glazing as you wish (details below).
• Please see last photos relating to the defects.

Security

• Has bolt locks on the inside for extra security.
• Multi-point locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 1 key.

Opening

• Externally opening doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door is located on the left.
• Windows operate as a casement, opening opposite ways from the door, but you can swap left to right windows or have them both on one side if desired.  

Sidelight / Window

• There are two side windows of equal measurements.
• Each window is 99.6 cm in width, 121.7 cm in height and 2.8 cm in depth.

Glazing

• Glazing is original single glazed, clear.
• Has leaded Georgian Bars on the glazing, giving a high-quality appearance. These cannot be removed, so if you required completely clear glass, you would need to replace all the units.
• We can get these doors professionally sand-blasted/stripped down to the original steel and then re-painted in any colour.
• This would cost an extra £550.00.
• Please note when this is done all glazing and putty is removed and new glazing and putty would need to be installed by yourselves.

• The price does not include new glazing but we can order this in at a cost of approximately: Double glazed: £1000, Single glazed £650.
• Glazing: Double Glazed is of the highest quality: Pilkington KS energy efficiency, Low E, Toughened, Argon Gas filled with a U-value of 1.2 or less.
• Single glazed glass would just be toughened.

• We can order any type of glazing required at an extra cost: Laminated, Tinted, Leaded, Frosted etc.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is matt White, with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Solid Brass and the colour of the hinges is White.
